How long will it take to receive my order?

Every Harlan Outdoors item is carefully packed and inspected before shipment.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your outdoor adventures.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your gear all the way from our workshop to your doorstep.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means the world to us.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Do you use eco-friendly or alternative materials?

Many of our boots and gear are crafted with traditional materials for durability, while others include modern alternatives for lightweight performance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our gear worldwide!
Shipping times and fees may vary based on your country.

How should I care for my Harlan Outdoors gear?

To keep your boots and equipment performing for years:

  • Store items in a cool, dry place

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme heat

  • Clean gently with a soft brush or cloth as needed

  • Treat leather with recommended conditioners if applicable

At this time, we don’t offer custom items — but we love hearing your ideas!

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t entered processing, we’ll do our best to help.
