Our story began on the trail years ago.

I’m Daniel Harlan, a hiker before I was ever a shoemaker. When the shoes I trusted kept failing me, I set out to make my own not fast, not fashionable, but honest hiking boots, built with care and crafted to endure. From day one, Harlan Outdoors has been about one thing: creating gear that hikers can truly rely on.

Two decades later, that promise hasn’t changed. Every pair is still handcrafted in small numbers, designed for lasting comfort, and tested on the trails where they belong. These aren’t shoes for a single season  they’re built for years of summits, forests, and adventures ahead.
